You will need details of your penalty charge notice and know how much you need to pay.
Personal visit to the Civic Centre
Payment to the council counter (Reception 3) opening times:
- Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4pm
Express Payment Point
Located at the Civic Centre in the foyer, access is available during the following times:
- Monday to Friday 8am to 7pm
- Saturday 8.30am to 12 noon
Outside office hours use the ceremonial entrance in Wulfruna Street.
You can also pay at your local housing office. Opening times do vary- click on the link above to find details of your nearest housing office.
