Paying your domiciliary care by telephone

By credit or debit card

You may use the Council's 24 hour automated telephone payment line to make credit or debit card payments if you have a touch tone telephone with a 'star' button and 'hash'.

The free phone number to ring is 0800 180 4464 (calls from mobile phones may incur a charge).

Please make sure you have ready:

• Your debit or credit card
• Your account number
• The amount you wish to pay
• A pen to record the transaction number.

For domiciliary care select option 5 followed by option 1 in the payment menu.
