Paying your business rates by telephone
You may use the Council's 24 hour automated telephone payment line to make credit or debit card payments if you have a 'touch tone' telephone with a 'star' button and 'hash' key.
The free phone number to ring is 0800 180 4464 (calls from mobile phones may incur a charge).
Please make sure you have ready:

The amount you wish to pay

A pen to record the transaction number.
