Compliments and complaints

Since April 2007 we have received 14 formal compliments and a further five informal compliments thanking staff and praising the high standard of work.

However, we also received four formal and six informal complaints. The complaints were dealt with by giving staff more information about procedures.  We also formalised some processes to make them clearer and regularly review these changes.

No one likes complaints, but we welcome feedback to improve our service to you.

Better ways to pay exhibition

Our exhibition in the Civic Centre keeping customers informed about the variety of ways in which they can pay, proved popular with customers.

From Monday November 5 to Friday November 9 Wolverhampton Homes promoted direct debit payments. We spoke to customers to promote “better ways to pay” and gave out leaflets and promotional goodie bags.
