Local Government Ombudsman's annual letter 2006/07

The Local Government Ombudsman produces an annual letter that summarises complaints made against the Council.

The letter covers on the complaints received and dealt with by the Local Government Ombudsman over the last year and includes statistical data covering a three year period and a note to help the interpretation of
the statistics.
