Making a compliment 

If we receive a compliment from you we will send you an acknowledgement within seven days of receiving it.

We will then ensure that the people, or service, you are complimenting are informed and congratulated.

Sending us a compliment

You can send us a compliment by using the Complaints and Compliments form. These are available from the Civic Centre and all Council buildings.

The form is available in Arabic, Bengali, English, Farsi, Gujarati, Hindi, Punjabi and Urdu.
