Complaint form
If you have received a service which you are unhappy with you can send a complaint to us using the form below.
If you include your e-mail address, the complaint will be acknowledged electronically within seven days of receipt.
A final response can be expected within 28 days of receipt of your initial complaint.
If your complaint is complex, more time may be needed to do a thorough investigation. We will inform you if this is the case.
We are currently developing our complaints procedure to enable us to receive and respond to complaints in various ways which may suit the needs of our customers more effectively. |
