How can I get in touch?

You can complete a compliment form or complaint form online and find how your compliment or complaint will be processed.

We have also included some frequently asked questions to help you understand how and why we deal with compliments and complaints.

If you have made a complaint about social services and are dissatisfied with the response you have received you can find out how to ask for a Social Services' independent review.
