Introducing City Direct

Your fast track to essential services

Wolverhampton City Council is here to provide a range of essential services such as keeping the streets clean, looking after the highways and collecting and recycling rubbish.

Our priority is to deliver high quality services to our customers and we’re constantly improving the way we do things.

That’s why we’ve introduced our new contact centre, City Direct, to make it faster and easier for you to access services that are important to you.

Call (01902) 551155 for fast, friendly access to a range of general council services(01902) 551166 for Housing / Council Tax Benefit enquiries, or (01902) 551188 for our Anti-Social Behaviour Reporting line. Minicom users can have access to our minicom service on (01902) 555554.
