British Army

Working closely with Royal Air Force and Royal Navy, the British Army has played a crucial role in many conflicts around the world including the the Falkland Islands, the Balkans, Afghanistan and the Gulf.

With 109,500 personnel, the British Army also provides essential assistance in times of natural or humanitarian disaster.
