How do I join?

Simply follow the steps below:

Step one

Decide which package suits you best and make an appointment at the leisure centre of your choice.

Step two

Decide how you want to pay for your Fit Card.

Step three

Go to your appointment and  take along your:

  • Total Leisure Card (if you wish to trade in your TLC)
  • Current health and fitness Cards (you won't need this if you are purchasing a health and fitness package)
  • 1 x colour passport sized photograph

You will be shown how the Fit card works and complete the application form.

If you are paying by monthly instalments you will be asked to complete a  standing order mandate.

You will need to pay your first monthly payment up front by either cash, cheque, credit or debit card to enable you to train or swim straight away.

Your card will take a few days to produce so you will be given a cover note to use whilst waiting and a welcome pack so you enjoy the benefits straight away.

Proof of identity

You will need to take either a passport or driving licence as proof of identity and a recent bank statement or utility bill for your residence.
