Please avoid heavy items where possible so we can avoid injuries to our operatives, or damage to vehicles.

Please ensure the lid of your green bin is closed, we cannot take additional garden waste, if you continue to produce excessive garden waste, you can purchase a reduced price compost bin.

An additional green recycling box is available if one recycle box is not sufficient for the amount of recycling produced. Please contact City Direct to request one.

You are able to put out excess cardboard and plastic but currently no extra bags are available. To put out excess please separate cardboard and plastic, flatten, wash and squash items accordingly and place additional items next to your white bag on your day of collection.

Recycling is now available for those residents living in hard to reach areas and high-rise flats. Residents should have received three red and black bins in which they can start recycling their cans, paper and glass in.
