Our service standards

You can expect an initial response within the following time limits:

• Online form and e-mail: within 2 working days.
• Fax or letter: within 14 working days.

Replacement bin or caddy service standard

Please allow up to 10 working days for the delivery of a replacement bin or food caddy.

Missed bin service standard

Please allow up to 2 working days for the crew to return for a missed bin.
