Waste and recycling

We operate in partnership with Enterprise to provide you with the best possible service. We provide 14 domestic vehicles and 14 recycling vehicles. Recycling is collected from the kerbside every fortnight on the same day as your black bin is picked up. Black bin/domestic waste will be collected on a weekly basis.

We have many recycling facilities in and around the city including two household waste and recycling centres and 50 bring sites.

Last year in Wolverhampton we recycled over 30,000 tonnes of our rubbish. This year we aim to recycle more, our aim is to be recycling 38% of household waste by the year 2012.
