When leaf fall is slippery and a hazard to road users and pedestrians the response will be immediate.

Chemical spillages and other hazardous substances are dealt with by the West Midlands Fire Brigade or Environmental Agency.

Litter bins that are full will be emptied the same working day.
Litter bins that have been reported vandalised or damaged and are a hazard to pedestrians will be removed or made safe immediately otherwise they will be repaired or replaced within 2 weeks.
Requests for replacement or additional litter bins will be considered by us and residents in the immediate vicinity notified. Residents then have the opportunity to contact us and make comment before installation.
When approved New or Replacement litter bins will be installed within 2 weeks.

When discarded on the footway, highway, public open space and residents front gardens we will respond immediately.
When the syringe is not an immediate danger to the public the response will be the same working day if possible, if not the next working day.
