When reporting a road spillage or debris in the highway, it is important to give the exact location and identify the quantity and type of debris or fluid to be cleaned up.

What response can you expect?

Instances when the debris or spillage is on the footway or highway are responded to immediately.

When debris is not a hazard to pedestrians or other road users the response will not be immediate but will be done the same day if possible or the following working day.
