When contacting us, it is important to give the exact location and when a cat or a dog give as many details as you can about the animal - there may be a subsequent call from a concerned owner of a missing pet wanting to verify whether or not their pet has been reported dead and collected by the council. To make a report, contact:

Dead animals will be removed within two hours if a hazard, otherwise the same working day if possible, if not the next working day.
