Contacts - Dead animals

When contacting us, it is important to give the exact location and when a cat or a dog give as many details as you can about the animal - there may be a subsequent call from a concerned owner of a missing pet wanting to verify whether or not their pet has been reported dead and collected by the council. To make a report, contact:

City Direct

  • Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm
  • Saturday 9am to 2pm

Emergency out of hours
