Household refuse collection services

Wolverhampton City Council, in partnership with Enterprise, provides a weekly refuse collection service for all 104,000 properties within the city.

Fourteen vehicles are specially allocated to collect all waste that currently cannot be recycled at the kerbside or household waste recycling centres.

Waste collected includes:

  • food waste
  • plastic and other packaging
  • food peelings
