You can expect an initial response within 5 working days.

If you would like to speak to an officer in person we are located on the first floor of the Civic Centre at reception number 14. However, your are advised to make an appointment to ensure that the appropriate Officer is available. Disabled parking is available via the Councillors car park on Wulfruna Way or on Cheapside.

The closest parking for non-disabled people is the Civic Centre car park located under the Civic Centre.
