Annual Monitoring Report
The regular monitoring and review of planning policies is an important part of the new planning system introduced by the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. In order to achieve this aim, the council is required to prepare an Annual Monitoring Report (AMR).
The purpose of the monitoring report is two-fold. A report assess whether the:
The intention is to create a clear and concise document, providing information based on a set of indicators against which planning policies will be assessed.
The report is produced on a yearly basis to enable comparisons to be made and progress to be monitored.

Wolverhampton Housing Trajectory and 5 Year Supply (June 2009)
The following documents for download provide an update on parts of the Wolverhampton AMR 2007/08. The text updates the part of the report from the bottom of page 34 to the middle of page 39 (in the housing chapter). The Excel Spreadsheet updates the appendices.
The Appendix file is an Excel Spreadsheet. It is available as a PDF if required. Some of the worksheets within it are quite large (especially for printing) and every effort has been made to make it as useable as possible.
