Former Farndale School site

A draft development brief for the former Farndale School Site, prepared by the City Council in conjunction with consultants BK, was the subject of public consultation in October / November 2005.

A total of six responses were received but, with one exception where an alternative use was proposed, there were no fundamental objections to the scheme. As a result, the development brief was adopted on 14 February 2006. The site was sold at auction on 17 May 2006.
