Planning Online - Terms and Conditions
You must read and understand the following Terms and Conditions before entering Planning Online at the end of this page.
Commenting on Planning Applications
Planning Online will provide you with the formal start and end dates for public consultation. However the "Comment on an application" button will be enabled until a decision is made.
Comments must be made in relation to Planning Issues only, any personal references and or vexatious comments will not be taken into account or kept on record.
We would prefer comments to be submitted during the formal consultation period. Comments can be submitted after the end date but we cannot guarantee they will be taken into account.
Updates
Planning Online is continuously updated throughout the day. Application and appeal details will only be made available online once we have checked that all information needed to accept the application is complete.
