Request an appointment with a planning officer

To discuss a planning application or any other planning matter with a planning officer, you must first request an appointment.

When you request an appointment, we will confirm a date and time with you. 

You can request an appointment at the Civic Centre reception desk (24) from Monday to Thursday, 8.30am to 5pm and Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm however, it is unlikely you will be given an appointment for the same day.
