Complaints - Unauthorised building works or used of land

If you wish to make a complaint about building works or unauthorised use of land, contact Planning Enforcement at the points below.

When making a complaint, please ensure that you include:

  • your address and contact details
  • the address or location of the breach
  • any other information you feel would help us investigate the complaint.

Please note that anonymous complaints will not be given a high priority.

Notes

  • Wolverhampton City Council as a Planning Authority does not investigate or become involved in boundary disputes.
