Planning guidance
The Supplementary Planning Guidance (SPG) notes are intended primarily to give advice relevant to planning permission. It complements the policies and proposals contained in the Council's Unitary Development Plan (UDP).
The advice in these documents represent the Council's views as to best practice and is a consideration used to assess whether planning permission should be granted.
