If you would like to speak to an officer in person we are located on the first floor of the Civic Centre at reception number 14. Disabled parking is available via the Councillors car park on Wulfruna Way or on Cheapside.
The closest parking for non-disabled people is the Civic Centre car park located under the Civic Centre.
