Food safety is vital to consumers and all food produced and sold in the UK is subject to standards laid down in the Food Hygiene (England) Regulations 2006.

The Food and Environmental Safety service is responsible for a range of duties aimed at ensuring food produced or sold in Wolverhampton is safe and without risk to public health.
