What to do if you have lost your dog?

If you have lost your dog please contact City Direct on:

We will add reports of lost dogs to our lost dog register and contact you if and when we believe we have found your dog.

Veterinary and boarding charges

If we have collected your dog you will have to pay a £25 fee plus any veterinary and boarding charges incurred during it's stay before the dog is returned to you.

The payment should be made in full at the time of collection from the kennels. Cheques will not be accepted.
