The Dog Exclusion Wolverhampton Order 2007
The Dog Exclusion Order applies to all fenced children's play areas and ball courts within Wolverhampton City Council parks, and areas of land within Northycote Farm and around Tettenhall Pool.

A copy of the order will also be freely available for inspection at the following location and times:

- Monday to Thursday, 8.30am to 5pm
- Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm.
Penalties
A person who is guilty of an offence under The Dog Exclusion Wolvehampton Order 2007 will be issued with a Fixed Penalty Notice of £65. Failure to pay the notice would result in prosecution with a maximum fine of £1,000.
Any person with disabilities who makes use of trained assistance dogs will be exempt from this order.
No offence shall be committed where a person has a reasonable excuse for taking or permitting the dog to enter on such land or were where the owner, occupier or other person or authority having control of the land has consented to his or her taking or permitting the dog to enter or remain on such land.
