Apply for free school meals

Over the past seven years, the council has been working towards providing healthier meals for Wolverhampton's children and young people.

We introduce new menus in our schools at the start of every autumn term in September and we continue to meet the Government’s statutory standards for school lunches.

Wolverhampton’s school meals are one of the “most improved performers” across local authorities as judged by the Association for Public Service Excellence.
