Information Communication Technology

Computers are now an essential part of today’s life, not only in business but also more and more in our personal lives. The internet has now made it possible for us to communicate around the world and access information much more easily. Using a computer is a skill that we all need in today’s world.

Whether you want to gain an ICT qualification to improve your job prospects or just to keep up with today’s technology, you will be welcomed by highly qualified tutors in a friendly learning environment at a pace that suits you.

Various computer courses are available in the mornings, afternoons and evenings at many of our centres (Learning Quarter, Pendeford, Deansfield and Stowheath), offering a wide range of computer skills, whether you want to:

learn to use a computer to keep up with the children or grandchildren; gain qualifications in subjects from the internet and email to medical and legal secretarial;
learn to create your own web page; or join our flexible learning programme where you'll be able to work towards various qualifications including Oxford Cambridge and RSA examinations (OCR), Clait (Computer Literacy and Information Technology) 2006 or European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL).

If you need any further information please contact Dali Chall on 01902 551650 or Sharon Lindsey on 01902 558166
