Are you out of shape? Feeling stressed? Lacking confidence? We have a wide variety of courses which can help you to feel, and look, fitter and healthier.
Exercise classes range from gentle movement to energetic workouts. New this year:
Skip and Tone Bums, Legs and Tums Cardio Kick Aquacise Pilates, Yoga and Tai chi work in different ways to reduce stress and improve general health and fitness, or you can dance your way to fitness as you learn something of the history and traditions of Egyptian Dancing. New this year: Raja (Ashtanga) Yoga.
Have you thought about teaching fitness? Our courses offer you a recognised qualification to teach safe exercise to adults of all ages and abilities.
Our Holistic Health courses can give you the confidence, skills and knowledge to work on family and friends, and are useful "tasters" to help you to decide if you want to progress to a qualification in the future. Confidence Building and Assertiveness can help you to deal with difficult situations in a more appropriate way and with improved self-confidence.
Take the plunge with swimming classes, you can gain confidence in the water, learn to swim, Improve your technique or qualify as a poolside helper or a swimming teacher.
