Cookery, Icing and Sugarcraft, and Food Hygiene
Have you always wanted to try something different in the kitchen? If so, come and join one of our friendly tutors in the cookery room. We have a range of courses from pasta and pastry to profiteroles. In icing, you can learn new skills in one of our sugarcraft courses, so come and meet our highly trained, experienced tutors.

Students are encouraged to work at their own pace and there are qualifications available from the Open College Network (OCN) and the National Open College Network (NOCN).

Food hygiene is essential for anyone who handles food and is looking for employment in the catering industry. Courses can be delivered at a venue of your choice.

Floristry and Flower Arranging
You can learn more about floral design in a range of short courses. Subjects on offer include European, Christmas, Easter and bridal flowers. Flower arranging can be a great stress release, so join our inspirational tutors. Everyone is welcome, from beginners to more experienced students.

First Aid
Do you need to know what to do in an emergency? A course in first aid may be right for you. One of our short courses will give you the confidence to deal with a medical emergency at home or in the workplace.
