Bowen Therapy and Yoga Group

Promote self-help techniques for health and well being. Individual tutoring/seminars/therapies. Bowen Technique for IBS, hayfever, sports strains, tennis elbow, migraine and stress. Also Yoga tuition. Can visit interested groups for talks and taster sessions.
