About the Centre
The building was formally the local junior school. With New Deal coming to the area as well as the centre being booked by our user groups and people wanting to book private parties we have many bookings by the New Deal Steering Group (ABCD) and all of their and locally related groups. This means the centre has been heavily used for meetings, training and similar events. If we gain the grants needed, we are looking to extend the building to meet all these new ongoing needs.

To Book the Centre
It could not be simpler, contact the above centre on the days and times given above.
For a one-off event such as a party contact the booking officer to find out if the room/s you require are free or to set up a meeting to look at the centre. It is important that this is done well in advance for a chance of availability and that you will have to pay all remaining money owed for the hire no less than two weeks before the booked date. Also it is important to note that room/s are not booked until all the deposit is paid up full. Party/events can only usually be booked at weekends. To book them in the week there has to be prior permission gained from the regular user groups as well as the booking officer.
A regular booking for use of the room/s at the centre is the same as the above with also permission having to be gained from the community association.
Most centres will have tables and chairs that can be provided at no extra cost for seating the capacity already mentioned.
