Please give plenty of notice before you make a booking. This will hopefully avoid the rooms you require being already booked out. It will also give you the chance to meet with staff and inspect the hall/rooms for suitability.
To confirm a booking, a full deposit is required.
Full payment for the hire of the rooms should be made no less than two weeks before the booked date.
