Citizenship ceremonies
We hold regular citizenship ceremonies in the Civic Centre. These ceremonies are an opportunity for applicants to celebrate their new citizenship and for the council to celebrate the city's cultural diversity.
These ceremonies give people a chance to celebrate their new citizenship and make the experience more than just a bureaucratic process.
Wolverhampton Registry Office has conducted citizenship ceremonies since April 2004.
The first national citizenship ceremony was held on 26th February 2004 in the presence of Prince Charles at Brent Town Hall, London.
