Consumer Direct is an online and telephone service offering information and advice on consumer issues.

Consumer Direct provide clear practical advice and information to help you resolve problems with suppliers of goods or services. From overcharging to faulty goods, dodgy workmanship to reporting dishonest traders and scams, trained advisers are ready to help.

The Consumer Direct website also provides information and advice on your legal rights and provides several template letters for you to use.
