Wolverhampton Science Park
The first phase of the development of Wolverhampton Science Park was completed in October 1995. Today, the park features a Technology Centre and Development Centre buildings.
In 2000, a second expansion of the Technology Centre provided an extra 30,000 square feet of accommodation which included areas suitable for workshop and laboratory based activities, a business incubation centre for new-start businesses and a new main reception area.
The two buildings now offer approximately 55,000 square feet of letting space plus conference, catering and other facilities.
The third phase of expansion will see a Creative Industries Centre developed giving a further 45,000 square feet of letting space to meet continuing demand from new companies and cater for growth of our existing tenants.
Accommodation is a mix of engineering and laboratory workspaces and office space.
Land is also available at Wolverhampton Science Park for custom build projects, and unlike many competitor science parks. Companies wishing to establish advanced manufacturing facilities alongside the Science Park are also welcome.
