Monmore Grange

The former GKN site in Parkfields has been granted planning permission for the construction of 294 dwellings by Bryant Homes.

The development will comprise of 3 and 4 bedroomed townhouses and apartments, as well as 0.6 hectares of open space.

Situated alongside Birmingham New Road, Monmore Grange gives easy access to Coseley and Wolverhampton station and main bus routes to the city centre and Dudley.

The final phase of this housing is already under construction. The existing GKN office building will remain, based on its architecture, and be retained for office/employment purposes.

The site also includes 3.2 hectares of land for a forthcoming second phase of business development.
