Vision for i54

i54 will be one of the region’s largest and most high profile sites and will attract high quality investment and development. 

By 2020 it is hoped the site will employ over 6,000 people working primarily in high value high technology industries in world-class companies many of whom will want a local workforce.

The site will be easily accessible from Wolverhampton and surrounding areas making it an ideal place to work with on-site facilities which could include a nursery and shops.

The site will be comprised of a range of different uses, offices, workspaces, industrial units, education and research, a hotel, ancillary services, with associated open space,  highways, footpaths and landscaping.

The total amount of floor space proposed is 235,000 square meters (2,500,000 square feet).
