Development stages of i54

Outline of the planning permission for the development of the i54 site for employment purposes was jointly granted by ourselves and South Staffordshire Council in March 2007.

Site preparation works have been completed including removal of contaminated soil, earthworks to form development platforms, the construction of a site spine road, footpaths and cycle ways, provision of drainage and landscaping.

During October and November 2007, we community consultations on the proposed highways improvements around the site to improve traffic flow.

The i54 site and opportunities are currently being marketed to attract potential site developers.
