Canalside Quarter

This former industrial area northeast of the city centre is being comprehensively regenerated for a variety of uses.

Already complete is Redrow Homes’ Southbank development consisting of 212 stylish new apartments built around an 18th century corn mill.

Other projects include Wolverhampton Interchange, the historic Low Level Station and Victoria Hall student accommodation.

A mixed use development at Springfield Brewery, comprising almost 300 new homes, some office and retail developments as well as key listed buildings at the site will also be enhanced as part of the development.
