Blakenhall Gardens

We are leading the redevelopment of Blakenhall Gardens in conjunction with All Saints and Blakenhall Community Development (ABCD). 

The overall aim is to create an exemplary sustainable, mixed use, inner city district which is integrated fully into its surroundings, which provides facilities which help the wider neighbourhood to prosper, and where a diverse community can live in high quality homes in a safe, legible and attractive environment.

Local residents have been consulted on what they would like to see in the area, with one of the recommendations being the demolition of tower blocks, which would then be replaced by quality and attractive housing.
