Our services

Wolverhampton City Council is one of the largest owners of industrial and commercial property within the city.

The Council's portfolio is administered by Property Services, Property Management Group. The portfolio comprises of a variety of premises including over:

  • 140 industrial units
  • 300 shop premises
  • 2,500 sq m of office space

  • Flexible lease terms to meet individual requirements
  • Competitive rents
  • Short or long term tenancies
  • 'Break' clauses to facilitate expansion (or contraction) on some properties.

Business assistance

Financial and other business assistance may be available to companies locating and/or expanding in Wolverhampton.
The council's Economic Development team will be more than happy to discuss your proposals.
