  • From £94.70 to £118.70 per week depending on stall size and location.
  • Rates of £22.40 to £27.20 per week are levied on the stall separately.

  • Daily: £4.25 (inc. VAT)

Costs from £57.65 to £172.95 per week depending on stall size and location. Rates are levied on the stall separately.

Store Rooms

  • Costs from £9.90 to £49.45 dependent on size.

Car Parking

  • Costs £18.50 including VAT per week for a designated space.

 

WOLVERHAMPTON MARKETS – INCENTIVE PACKAGES 2009/10

 

In order to ensure that incentives packages are allocated in a fair and equitable manner, the following restrictions will apply:

 

A current licensed indoor/outdoor trader cannot terminate an existing stall licence and then re-apply for a stall which qualifies for an incentive package until a period of 26 weeks has elapsed between termination of their existing license and re-allocation of the new licence.

 

Wolverhampton  - Indoor

  • Vacant Stalls (6 weeks and over) – 50% reduced rent for 26 weeks, new tradeline
  • Vacant Stalls (6 weeks and over) – 50% reduced rent for 6 weeks, existing trade line.
  • Stall W19 – 26 weeks free to any market trader to promote the image of Meat and Fish Hall.

Wolverhampton – Outdoor

  • Casual trader converts to Licensed stall, get 50% rent reduction for 4 weeks after 13 weeks on license.
  • Existing License holder take on an additional stall gets 50% rent reduction for 13 weeks.
  • Licensed trader introduces a friend who takes a stall for 13 weeks, get 10% rent reduction for 4 weeks.
  • Any existing trader takes vacant stall on casual basis after 9.00 am, gets 50% rent reduction.

Bilston Indoor

  • Vacant stalls (6 weeks and over) – 50% reduced rent for 26 weeks, new tradeline.
  • Vacant stalls (6 weeks and over) – 50% reduced rent for 4 weeks, existing tradeline.

Bilston Outdoor

  • Casual trader converts to Licensed stall, get 50% rent reduction for 4 weeks after 13 weeks on license.
  • Existing License holder take on an additional stall gets 50% rent reduction for 13 weeks.
  • Licensed trader introduces a friend who takes a stall for 13 weeks, get 10% rent reduction for 4 weeks.
  • Any existing trader takes vacant stall on casual basis after 9.00 am, gets 50% rent reduction.

Wednesfield

 

  • Existing License holder take on an additional stall gets 50% rent reduction for 13 weeks.
  • Licensed trader introduces a friend who takes on a stall for 13 weeks, get 10% rent reduction for 4 weeks.
  • Any existing trader takes vacant stall on casual basis after 9.00 am, gets 50% rent reduction.
