Premises licence

Under the Licensing Act 2003, a premises licence will be required for any licensable activity.  The licence lasts indefinitely but is renewable annually. 

Anyone applying for a premises licence must be 18 years or older.  

Applying for a premises licence

There are two different application forms for a premises licence:

  • Variation - vary existing hours, entertainment etc.
  • New - do not hold any existing licences.
