The Council’s Licensing Sub-Committee will hear this matter at the Civic Centre on Friday 17 June 2005 at 1300 hours in meeting room 1, which is situated on the third floor

Any further representations can be made to the Licensing Authority, at the address below, by 7 June 2005.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine on conviction is level 5 fine (£5,000)
