West Midlands Police are objecting to the wording on 3 of the sections that have been completed on the application form.
The Council’s Licensing Sub-Committee will hear this matter at the Civic Centre on Monday 4th July 2005 at 10:00 hours in meeting room 1, which is situated on the third floor
Any further representations can be made to the Licensing Authority at the address below by 15th June 2005.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine on conviction is level 5 fine (£5,000)
