Confirmation of Summer Row (Retail Core Expansion) Compulsory Purchase Order 2006

The Compulsory Purchase Order was confirmed without modification by the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government on 1 February 2008.

The highway closure order, required to facilitate the city centre redevelopment scheme in association with the necessary compulsory purchase order, has now been confirmed by the Secretary of State.
